Our bodies are made up of about 75% water. It is a vital part of are body and a healthy diet. Water helps flush our systems, especially the kidneys and bladder, of waste products and toxins. A majority of Americans go through life dehydrated, most don’t drink water at all. You should try and consume at least 2 cups of water a day. It might help to buy a few cases of bottled water, people seem to drink more water when they can quickly grab a fresh cold bottle of it.
