Sweets, I have always had that nasty sweet tooth. It started when I was a teenager and stayed with me as I grow-up. I never really thought of myself as a sugar addict, but I knew I needed to cut back on the sweets and my weight was showing it. Some of my favorites consisted of:

  • Soda - lots and lots of soda.
  • Cheese Danish – Entenmann’s Cheese Danish is my favorite.
  • Rice Krispy Treats – They’re not just snacks with me.
  • Candy - I don’t even really like candy, but I find myself eating it all the time.
  • Sweet Cereal – I don’t just eat cereal in the morning, but for lunch, and at night.

My sugary appetite is something that I have done away with and I have complete control. Most people don’t know they don’t have control of something until they try to stop and that was me. I know it was a hard and long journey for me and that’s why I created this blog to try and make it easier for other people. Just know that you are not alone, we are living in a world of sugary sweet snack food and although many people won’t admit it they also have a overbearing sweet tooth that can not only be seriously affecting their weight, but there health.

My journey is a long sad story that you shouldn’t have to hear. You are here for you so lets see what we can do for you.
